If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us by mail at your expense after receiving confirmation from our customer service at support@maisondherbes.com.
Specific Conditions:
- Returned products must be sealed, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Products will be inspected before issuing a credit or exchange.
- Discontinued products cannot be returned.
- No return request due to dissatisfaction will be accepted if the claim exceeds 14 days from the delivery confirmation date.
